Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 48 hours prior to your refund request
  • You have not attempted any portion of a test, quiz, or exam
  • You have not requested or been issued a certificate of completion
  • A 3% processing fee will be deducted if you request a refund without starting the course

Customers who meet all requirements must submit their refund request in writing via email to support@oshatrainingschool.com with proof of payment and a detailed reason for the refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Inability to pass tests, final exams, or other in-course evaluation requirements within the allocated attempts (as per certification guidelines)
  • Inability to pass identity verification requirements, including biometrics, security questions, or other required methods (as per certification guidelines)
  • Course validity and expiration issues (as per certification guidelines)
  • Urgent processing or mailing of certificates, once the expedited request has been fulfilled as promised

Any course-specific terms, conditions, or policies presented during registration that may be inconsistent with the general refund policy specified above will supersede those listed in this refund policy.
