What is the NYC 40-Hour Site Safety Training (SST)?

Under Local Law 196 of 2017, the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) requires all construction and demolition workers on NYC job sites to complete 40 hours of approved site safety training. This package covers all 40 hours in one enrollment, giving you both your OSHA 30-Hour card and your 40-Hour SST Worker Card.

Note: Workers who already hold a valid OSHA 30-Hour card issued within the last 5 years only need the 10-Hour SST course to complete the remaining hours.
